Arabidopsis thaliana intact and degraded RNA
rRNA depletion kit
Efficient ribodepletion for Arabidopsis thaliana intact and degraded RNA
The Arabidopsis thaliana intact and degraded RNA riboPOOL is optimized for efficiently removal ribosomal RNA (rRNA) from both degraded and intact Arabidopsis thaliana RNA samples, including those derived from FFPE tissue.
Designed to cover the entire rRNA sequence, it is particularly effective for use with degraded RNA (RIN < 7), but is also compatible with high-quality RNA.
If you are working exclusively with intact RNA samples (RIN > 7), we recommend the Arabidopsis thaliana riboPOOL for optimal performance.

Arabidopsis thaliana, a small flowering plant belonging to the mustard family, is a key model organism in plant biology research. Known for its short life cycle and small genome, Arabidopsis serves as a powerful model for investigating plant genetics, developmental biology, and responses to environmental cues.
