Drosophila melanogaster intact and degraded RNA
rRNA depletion kit
Removes rRNA from Drosophila melanogaster intact and degraded RNA
The Drosophila melanogaster intact and degraded RNA riboPOOL is optimized for efficient removal of ribosomal RNA (rRNA) for both degraded and intact Drosophila melanogaster RNA samples, including those derived from FFPE tissue.
Designed to cover the entire rRNA sequence, it is particularly effective for use with degraded RNA (RIN < 7), but is also compatible with high-quality RNA.
If you are working exclusivley with intact RNA samples (RIN > 7), we recommend the Drosophila melanogaster riboPOOL for optimal peformance.
