Leishmania mexicana intact and degraded RNA
rRNA depletion kit
Efficient ribodepletion for Leishmania mexicana intact and degraded RNA
The Leishmania mexicana intact and degraded RNA riboPOOL is optimized for efficient removal of ribosomal RNA (rRNA) from both degraded and intact Leishmania mexicana (blood parasite) RNA samples, including those derived from FFPE or degraded tissue.
Designed to cover the entire rRNA sequence, it is particularly effective for use with degraded RNA (RIN < 7), but is also compatible with high-quality RNA.

Leishmania mexicana is a protozoan parasite transmitted through the bite of infected sandflies. Known to cause cutaneous leishmaniasis, a skin infection affecting humans and other mammals.
