Trypanosoma brucei intact and degraded RNA
rRNA depletion kit
Efficient ribodepletion for Trypanosoma brucei intact and degraded RNA
The Trypanosoma brucei intact and degraded RNA riboPOOL is optimized for efficient removal of ribosomal RNA (rRNA) from both degraded and intact Trypanosoma brucei (blood parasite) RNA samples, including those derived from FFPE tissue.
Designed to cover the entire rRNA sequence, it is particularly effective for use with degraded RNA (RIN < 7), but is also compatible with high-quality RNA.

Trypanosoma brucei is a single-celled parasite that causes African trypanosomiasis, also known as sleeping sickness in humans, which is transmitted by the tsetse fly. It's a focus of extensive research due to its impact on public health and agriculture, with studies aiming to understand its biology, transmission, host interactions, and potential treatments for the diseases it causes.
