The Human Holobiont riboPOOL includes the Human riboPOOL and the Pan-Prokaryote riboPOOL in a 100:1 ratio. This unique composition enables the efficient depletion of both human rRNAs and bacterial rRNAs, making it an ideal tool for studying human microbiomes or mixed samples. The product is compatible with most downstream applications, including different next generation sequencing workflows (both short and long-read sequencing).
