The Human-Mouse-Rat Ribo-Seq riboPOOL is designed to efficiently remove ribosomal RNA (rRNA) during Ribo-Seq experiments. It’s also fully compatible with total RNA-Seq samples, making it a versatile option for project including both Ribo-Seq and RNA-Seq.
Ribodepletion with riboPOOLs can be easily integrated into Ribo-Seq protocols without requiring modifications to established workflows.
