Removes tRNA from mouse total RNA
The Mouse tRNA riboPOOL is designed to efficiently deplete transfer RNA (tRNA) from Mus musculus RNA samples. The product is compatible with most downstream applications, including different next generation sequencing workflows (both short and long-read sequencing).
