Arabidopsis thaliana riboPOOL for degraded RNA
The Arabidopsis thaliana degraded RNA riboPOOL is designed to efficiently remove ribosomal RNA (rRNA) from Arabidopsis thaliana FFPE or degraded RNA samples.
FFPE/degraded riboPOOLs cover the entire rRNA sequence and are designed for heavily degraded RNA samples, with RIN values below 6.
For high-quality and intact (RIN > 7) RNA samples, see Arabidopsis thaliana riboPOOL.

Arabidopsis thaliana, a small flowering plant belonging to the mustard family, is a key model organism in plant biology research. Known for its short life cycle and small genome, Arabidopsis serves as a powerful model for investigating plant genetics, developmental biology, and responses to environmental cues.
