Filamentous Fungi riboPOOL

The Filamentous Fungi riboPOOL is designed to efficiently remove ribosomal RNA (rRNA) from Filamentous Fungi RNA samples. The product is compatible with most downstream applications, including different next generation sequencing workflows (both short and long-read sequencing).

Filamentous fungi are diverse organisms characterized by their thread-like structures known as hyphae. Did you know one of the biggest and oldest living organisms is a filamentous fungus known as Armillaria ostoyae. It covers an area of over 2,385 acres and is estimated to be 8,000 years old.
