Efficient ribodepletion for Archaea
The Pan-Archaea riboPOOL is designed to efficiently remove ribosomal RNA (rRNA) from Archaea RNA samples. The product is compatible with most downstream applications, including different next generation sequencing workflows (both short and long-read sequencing).

Performance
The Pan-Archaea riboPOOL was shown to consistently remove > 95% of rRNA from total RNA from different Archaeal species.
