The Blood Parasite riboPOOL is designed to efficiently remove ribosomal RNA (rRNA) from blood parasites' RNA samples. The product is compatible with most downstream applications, including different next-generation sequencing workflows (both short and long-read sequencing).

Performance

The Blood Parasite riboPOOL was shown to consistently remove > 85% of rRNA from total RNA samples of different Leishmania species.
