Efficient ribodepletion for marsh slugs

The Deroceras laeve riboPOOL is designed to efficiently remove ribosomal RNA (rRNA) from Deroceras laeve (marsh slug) RNA samples. The product is compatible with most downstream applications, including different next generation sequencing workflows (both short and long-read sequencing).

Performance

The Deroceras laeve riboPOOL was shown to consistently remove > 90% of rRNA from D. laeve total RNA samples and provide rRNA depletion level equivalent to Poly-A selection.
