The Pan-Prokaryote riboPOOL is a Prokaryote rRNA depletion kit designed to efficiently deplete ribosomal RNA (rRNA) from Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria and archaea RNA samples. The product is compatible with most downstream applications, including various next-generation sequencing workflows (both short- and long-read sequencing).
