The Pan-Symbiodiniaceae riboPOOL is designed to efficiently remove ribosomal RNA (rRNA) from Symbiodiniaceae RNA samples. The product is compatible with most downstream applications, including different next generation sequencing workflows (both short and long-read sequencing).
