Efficient ribodepletion for Anopheles gambiae
The Anopheles gambiae riboPOOL is designed to efficiently remove ribosomal RNA (rRNA) in Anopheles gambiae. The product is compatible with most downstream applications, including different next generation sequencing workflows (both short and long-read sequencing).

Performance
The Anopheles riboPOOL was shown to consistently remove > 95% of rRNA from A. gambiae total RNA samples.
