RNAi and CRISPR: Leistungsvergleich und Anwendungsleitfaden
Bayerische Forschungsstiftung (Bavarian Research Foundation)
Dec 2017
Prof. Dr. Heinrich Leonhardt, Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München

  Program info:
This two year research program aims to benchmark gene disruption approaches - RNAi and CRISPR. Up to 100 genes will be disrupted with siPOOLs, single siRNAs or CRISPR sgRNAs with the aim to study the efficacy and specificity of gene disruption, robustness of phenotypes produced and costs/efforts involved. A range of techniques will be used including imaging, deep sequencing and cellular assays. More info.
